Vliegen in het donker (Flying in the Dark) is a new ballet with music by Gabriele Petouchoff and choreography by Nanska van de Laar, based on a concept by Wilma Wagenaar.
A goose, awakened by a loving voice, sets out on a night-time journey in search of her beloved. This journey symbolises the human longing for love and is an allegory of the soul’s search for God.
