Practical information

A few days before the performance, you will receive a service email from us with details about the end time, any breaks, and extras related to the performance. We will also inform you about any ongoing work or important information regarding our venue.

The foyer opens one hour before the performance starts. You are welcome for a drink. After the performance, you are also warmly invited to the foyer or Stadscafé Benee. Want to grab a bite beforehand? You can reserve a table at Benee.

The time on your ticket is the start time of the performance. The foyers open one hour before the start of the performance or concert. We begin our performances on time, so make sure you are seated in the hall on time. In almost all cases, latecomers are not allowed entry into the hall: it is very disruptive for the artist and the other visitors in the hall.

For your safety and that of other visitors, it is not allowed to bring coats and (large) bags into the hall. There are free supervised cloakrooms available at both the Schouwburg and the Concertzaal. For the Studio, there is an unstaffed cloakroom.

At Schouwburg & Concertzaal Tilburg, we only accept payments by card or contactless. Whether you're getting a beer, wine, or snack, you can quickly and easily pay with your phone, debit card, or smartwatch!
