Blaudzun
Theaterconcert
In 2026, Blaudzun returns to the theater with a new performance. A personal glimpse into his unique universe. Or as he describes it: “A universe of devilish music, shoelace diplomas, religious traumas – processed or not – and a passion for cycling and love.”
In May 2024, Blaudzun made his solo theatre debut with a series of intimate preview shows. In these, he not only gave his music a stage but also shared the stories behind the music – disarming, cheerful, and personal. A special experience for him and the audience.
"The freedom of the theatre felt great to me. Besides singing and playing, I could share my funny and sometimes painful anecdotes. That intimacy was exciting for me and the audience. And when spontaneous singing happens, that's just beautiful."
Just before the start of the tour, a biography about Blaudzun, written by Ronald Giphart, will be released. The Utrecht author follows him during the making of his latest album and the subsequent tours. Additionally, he delves into Blaudzun's youth and explores his musical career up to now.
A unique opportunity to get to know Blaudzun – in the theatre and on paper.
