Fuse, the Amsterdam‑based alternative classical ensemble and house band of the television programme Podium Klassiek, has enjoyed a close musical friendship for years with the renowned Syrian‑American clarinettist and composer Kinan Azmeh. With the concert FREE, a long‑cherished wish to tour together finally comes true.

FREE promises a musical adventure filled with compelling rhythms, spectacular improvisations and wistful melodies — a programme centred on hope, memory and connection.

For Kinan Azmeh, music is an ‘act of freedom’. His roots in Arabic music, combined with classical training and a background in jazz, align seamlessly with the free‑spirited approach of Fuse, the string quartet with double bass and drums.
