De Proefkeuken is about to disappear forever in De Proefkeuken en de WC van tijd. But Pieter and Willem refuse to give up without a fight. In search of one brilliant invention to save De Proefkeuken, they set off on a journey through time. Wait… do they end up with… the Romans?

The duo embarks on a hilariously absurd adventure packed with cheeky humour and brilliantly silly jokes. Outrageously funny. But wa(r)ning: before you know it, Pieter and Willem might be flushed away. Will they manage to save De Proefkeuken in time?

De Proefkeuken en de WC van tijd is the sequel to the earlier theatre show by Pieter Hulst and Willem Voogd, De Proefkeuken Theatershow. de Volkskrant called it ‘youth theatre in the best possible sense’. Come and experience this new show full of fun and laughter.

Come dressed as a Roman for De Proefkeuken en de WC van tijd!
In De Proefkeuken en de WC van tijd, Pieter and Willem travel through time and end up with the Romans. We invite everyone who feels like it (parents included!) to come to the theatre dressed as a Roman. Come as an emperor, a gladiator, or simply in a toga. Click here for a brief guide on how to make a toga from a sheet you have at home – but feel free to get creative.

See you at the theatre. Carpe diem!
