In Revue Revanche, actress and cabaret performer Valentina Tóth leaves no stone unturned. She takes revenge on everything and everyone around her. And on herself. She unleashes her deeply harboured, hidden resentment and releases all her pent‑up anger. A woman singing a murder ballad. A Lolita who sings opera and refuses to be stopped. And ultimately Valentina herself.

As the saying goes: revenge is a dish best served cold. But not for Valentina. In Revue Revanche, the soup is eaten as hot as it is served. Opera, theatre, musical, comedy and cabaret are poured into a funnel of criticism on society.

Revue Revanche is Valentina Tóth’s second full‑length performance. Previously she performed her debut Wildbloei, which was awarded the Neerlands Hoop. In 2022 Valentina won the jury and audience prize at the Amsterdams Kleinkunst Festival and was named the Comedy Talent of 2023 by de Volkskrant.
