How big is the difference between who you are and how you present yourself? And what happens when the two do not match? Perfect Girl dives into the struggle with self‑image and expectations.
We meet Anna in a session with her coach Cor. She appears to have to keep a thousand balls in the air (from herself) in order to live up to her ideal self‑image. She has always presented the image of someone with a perfect life, successful on all fronts. But now she is trying to tell her real story. Fear of what the outside world will think holds her back. But that outside world – as for everyone – only exists in her own head. The therapy session unfolds into a psychological thriller with surprising plot twists.
