You may know him from De Fiksers or as an audience warm‑up at LUBACH. On stage he shows a different side. He tells, sings and searches out loud for what is actually going on inside him. Sometimes touching, sometimes painfully recognisable and often simply very funny.

In Lach maar om mij Luuk tries to get a grip on a world that does not always feel logical. He asks questions for which no simple answer exists and throws himself onto the stage without a filter. This makes the performance personal, but never heavy.

Precisely through his openness, space arises to laugh. You sit close to a maker who is still very much discovering, and that gives the evening something fresh and alive. Also in Tilburg you see a cabaret performer who is clearly finding his own voice.
