Can Sam help everyone and keep poverty at bay without losing himself? He knows he cannot go under — that would be problematic in a country that relies heavily on volunteers.

Through Rudolphi Producties and Collectief T&T, the creators of De Belangelozen collaborated with Humanitas. In preparation for the performance, the makers joined the organisation, gaining first‑hand insight into the volunteer perspective.
